All persons that wish to register must sign that they agree with the following statements:

I understand that, unless specifically indicated otherwise, all lecture notes, questions, examples, videos and anything else provided by CA Campus is protected by copyright.

I understand that I may not, under any circumstances, share my login details (to the CA Campus student platform) with any other person. I understand that I am not allowed to sell or transfer my login details to any other person.

I understand that I may not make any copies (electronic or hard copy) of CA Campus intellectual property and share this with any other person. I understand that this would amount to theft. I understand that I may not download any of the CA Campus videos and may only stream these videos to an Internet-enabled device.

I understand that registering on the CA Campus programme means it is for my individual use only.

I understand that registering on the CA Campus programme means that I am granted access to the use of the CA Campus material for the duration of the programme. I understand that CA Campus remains the owner and that I do not have any right to ownership of the intellectual property, nor do I have a right to access the intellectual property beyond the duration of the programme.

I understand that I may not create derivative works, modify or extract any part of the CA Campus material for any purpose other than my own private use.

I understand that if I contravene the CA Campus copyright protection that CA Campus will report me to:
  • The South African Police Service (SAPS)
  • Unisa (or any other university that I may be registered with)
  • My employer
  • The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as such actions constitute a gross transgression of ethical principles, which is a violation of the code of professional conduct of SAICA
  • Any other relevant body/organisation
I undertake to notify CA Campus when I become aware of any person, institution or any other entity violating the CA Campus copyright.
